How You’ll Make an Impact This position is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized banking services to high-net-worth clients by leveraging deep market knowledge and building strong relationships, while offering tailored financial solutions and leading a dedicated team of banking professionals. Key Responsibilities • Analyzes market trends and customer segments to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantages., • Develops long-term strategies for client retention and loyalty, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and tailoring service offerings to their needs., • Creates financial plans and budgets for the preferred banking division to ensure alignment with the bank’s overall strategic goals., • Develops specific sales strategies and campaigns to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for preferred banking services., • Organizes or participates in events and seminars to promote preferred banking services and build relationships with potential clients., • Oversees the day-to-day management of preferred clients’ accounts and ensures their expectations are met., • Addresses customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and trust in the banking services., • Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders. Requirements Required Education: Technical Studies Possible Degrees: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field Other Education: Credit Course-Analysis of financial statements, Graduate coursework or MBA (preferred but not required) Required Years of Experience in Position: 5-8 Years Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred) Technical Knowledge and Skills • Ability to read, analyze financial statements, and interpret common business trends. Familiar with financial reports as well as legal and loan documents., • Ability to operate within a highly regulated environment with working knowledge of applicable banking regulations, including BSA/AML, KYC requirements, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, Internal banking policies and controls, • A solid understanding of financial instruments, such as loans, credit lines, and depository accounts., • Familiarity with banking software, digital payment systems, and cybersecurity practices.
