DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE Ready to lead, grow, and win—every single day? Paris Brothers is looking for a high-energy, roll-up-your-sleeves Sales Leader to drive sales growth across the DSD and retail grocery channel. If you love building momentum, coaching teams, calling on customers, and turning strategy into real results in the field, this role has your name on it. This is not a desk-only job. You’ll be out in the market, partnering with distributors and brokers, leading a local DSD sales team, and building strong retail relationships that grow brands, revenue, and market share. What You’ll Do: • Own the region. Drive the results. Lead the charge., • Build & execute winning sales strategies: Partner with category managers, distributors, brokers, and vendors to create smart sales plans with clear goals, promotions, and priorities., • Grow revenue & market share: Call on local and non-local retail customers to expand distribution, increase volume, and unlock new opportunities while strengthening existing accounts., • Lead & develop a high-performing DSD sales team: Coach, motivate, and inspire your team with clear expectations, training, and accountability., • Manage distributor & broker partnerships: Build collaborative, win-win relationships while driving execution excellence and holding partners accountable to results., • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, procurement, product development, and customer service to turn market insights into action., • Stay ahead of the market: Track trends, competition, and customer needs to spot opportunities and adjust strategy fast., • Forecast, analyze & report: Deliver accurate forecasts, track KPIs, analyze performance, and present insights to senior leadership., • Be the face of Paris Brothers: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events building relationships and brand presence., • Own key customer relationships: Serve as a trusted partner for key accounts, including headquarters calls, while delivering exceptional.
