The Speech Therapist identifies functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient's function. The Speech Therapist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will: Evaluate, direct and provide speech/language pathology service to patients in the home or facility Participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care.
