Overview The Curtis Rx Pharmacist works collaboratively with technicians and the manager to accurately fill orders, maintain security of the pharmacy and controlled substances, enter orders and patient information with accuracy, train staff, and provide updates to the manager about the daily activities of the pharmacy. The Curtis Rx Pharmacist provides patient assessments, education, care planning, and therapeutic monitoring for patients. Verifies prescriptions and computer orders prepared by technicians before they are dispensed to the patient. Corrects all orders which are entered in error or may be misunderstood. Orders medications when stock is low or as needed. Keeps leadership informed of abnormal use of items. Loans and borrows medications per policy. Assists in training of new staff. Supervises all technician activity within the pharmacy. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for running day-to-day sales and operations while meeting excellent customer service standards. Essential Functions (not all-inclusive): • Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or any information needed in order to help and meet their sales objectives, • Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics, • Be sure that all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately, • Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees, • Responsible for executing operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services on a daily basis for all accounts assigned., • Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers, • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer, • Additional duties as assigned Why Music & Arts?
