Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a driven sales professional with experience in the casino industry with an emphasis on the Tribal Gaming segment to own and grow our U.S. business. This role is heavily focused on generating net-new business within the gaming/casino market, with a strong reliance on channel partners to identify, develop, and close opportunities, complemented by targeted direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who excels at securing new logos, building pipeline from the ground up, and closing high-impact, strategic engagements in collaboration with partners. This position is open to remote candidates in the U.S., though we have a preference for applicants located in or near Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will sell our casino solutions by working closely with channel partners, conducting joint sales activities, and engaging directly with customers as needed through proactive prospecting, in-person meetings, and disciplined territory planning. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding a defined revenue target by developing effective partner and account strategies, maintaining a healthy and predictable pipeline, and consistently driving new customer acquisition across the U.S. Primary Responsibilities • Drive net-new revenue by sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the casino market, leveraging channel partners, marketing-generated leads, and proactive outbound prospecting against targeted accounts., • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition and first-time customer engagements., • Build, manage, and continuously grow a healthy and predictable sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning., • Execute a partner-led sales motion by working closely with channel partners to identify opportunities, co-sell, influence deal strategy, and accelerate revenue, while also engaging in direct selling as needed., • Develop and manage effective partner and account strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence across the United States., • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on deal strategy, advance opportunities, and successfully close business., • Provide accurate and timely forecasting, maintaining clear visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue expectations., • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, monthly close environment., • Deliver regular updates on opportunity status, pipeline activity, and key account developments., • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and value propositions, and effectively position solutions to gaming customers and partners., • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written, • Organized and thorough approach to selling., • Motivated to repeatedly achieve sales targets and commensurate commissions., • Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to build professional trust and respect., • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, • Ability to work independently with limited supervision., • 5+ years of technology and software sales experience preferably in gaming/casino industry., • Supportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success., • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan options.*, • 401k Plan with Employer Match., • Paid Time Off Programs including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off and parental leave., • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)., • Employee Referral Bonus Program., • Career development and potential for advancement opportunities., • Performance bonuses.
