The Maids of Queen City is a growing leader in the Charlotte residential cleaning industry, providing residential / commercial cleaning services across the greater Charlotte region. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team. As a team member, you will work in a group of 3 - 4 people providing cleaning services to private households using our 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System. We provide paid training, so no prior cleaning experience is required. At The Maids of Queen City, we know the value and importance of our people. Responsibilities: The Team Member performs any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households, in a clean and orderly manner. • Deliver quality, efficient and courteous service while performing any combination of the services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System, • Perform all duties in an honest, safe and secure manner in strict accordance with The Maids policies, cleaning system and procedures, • Communicate all information pertinent to cleaning procedures, equipment, supplies, and any complications or personnel issues to Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader, • Free breakfast every morning before your shift, • Hiring Bonus, • Referral Program - Receive a bonus when individuals you referred are hired and employed for 3 months, • Company paid ongoing training, • Paid time off for eligible employees, • Ability to work in a team environment, including being a reliable, responsible, dependable, honest and ethical team member., • Ability to read, understand and comply with all safety procedures, and company policies and procedures., • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing., • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills, • Knowledge of the equipment, supplies, and tools used by the company., • Knowledge of and the ability to use all cleaning chemicals in a proper and safe manner, • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required, • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required, • Ability to stand and/or walk continuously, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., • Ability to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel frequently, • Ability to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects
