Job Description PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES FOUNDATION (PWDF) is a small nonprofit agency located in San Francisco that focuses on equal access for individuals with mental and/or developmental disabilities. Through the Dolores Shelter Program, we offer a total of 108 shelter beds distributed in 4 sites: Martha, Maria, Ana, and Jazzie's Place- The first LGBTQIA Adult Shelter in the country. Our sites operate 365 days a year. Our staff provides direct services as well as referrals to other programs and services. Our greatest challenge is to help our participants break the cycle of homelessness that affects so many people in our city. Position Objective: Under the supervision of the Dolores Shelter Program Manager and the Shelter Manager, Shelter Monitors are responsible for the operation and security of the shelter site and the supervision of the shelter guests. We are currently seeking monitors. All shelters operate 7 days per week. Weekends are required. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the Relief Safety Advocate provides a safe environment for clients, staff, volunteers, and guests of Larkin Street Youth Services. This role responds to on-the-ground crisis and emergencies to increase safety in and around Larkin Street's housing programs, drop-in center, and offices. You will be joining a team that takes a trauma-informed perspective to their work. Safety Advocates de-escalate behaviors and risks with compassion and care. This is a part-time, on call position. Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the VP of Operations is responsible for the management of CMC’s portfolio of affordable residential properties. The Director of Property Management directly supervises Property Supervisors, a Training Manager, Property Managers, Maintenance/Utility Person, Desk Clerks, and four on-site Managers. POSITION OVERVIEW The Site Manager II manages the daily operations for a 120-unit supportive housing site located in the Rincon Hill North of Market Neighborhood of San Francisco. The Site Manager II oversees all aspects of operations at their assigned property, ensuring efficient management, resident satisfaction, and the physical upkeep of the building. Reporting to the Regional Property Director, the Site Manager II is responsible for supervising the on-site team, including the Maintenance Supervisor and Assistant Site Manager. The Site Manager II works closely with the maintenance and resident services teams to address tenant needs, enforce lease terms and house rules, and maintain a safe, clean, and empowering living environment. This role also ensures compliance with applicable housing regulations and funding requirements. The Site Manager II may also participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours building and resident emergencies. . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Property Operations • Responsible for overall property management functions., • Serves as the primary contact person between the access source and referrals (San Francisco Housing Authority) to ensure adequate qualified applicants are available for the building’s vacancies., • Follow all rules and procedures outlined in the HomeRise Housing Operations Manual, HomeRise Employee Handbook, Building Emergency Procedures and Building House Rules.
