Job DescriptionConstruction General Laborer Pay: $20–$25/hour Position Overview We are hiring Construction General Laborers to support field operations across dirt work, pipework, erosion control, and site installations. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work outdoors on infrastructure, park, athletic field, and river projects while gaining valuable experience in the construction trades. Technicians will assist equipment operators, perform grading tasks, and complete punch-list work including reseeding, installing park amenities, and minor repairs. Key Responsibilities • Perform dirt work, including excavation support, grading assistance, and site preparation, • Assist with pipe installation and alignment alongside equipment operators, • Install and maintain erosion control systems (silt fence, wattles, stabilization materials), • Support maintenance and installation of miscellaneous site features, • Complete punch-list items, including:, • Reseeding, • Installing park benches, • Minor site repairs, • Perform concrete replacement and touch-up painting, • Collaborate with crews to set boulders, rocks, and grading elements, • Support overall construction operations across infrastructure, athletic fields, and river projects Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in:, • Earthwork, • Utilities, • Landscaping, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, including heavy materials and boulders, • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Preferred Skills • Construction labor experience, • Familiarity with grading and site prep, • Experience supporting heavy equipment operators Growth Opportunities • Advancement into roles such as:, • Erosion Control Assistant Superintendent, • Equipment Operator, • Crew Leader, • Opportunity to gain experience in river restoration and park development projects Why Join Us? • Family-owned company with strong team culture, • Work on unique outdoor projects including parks, athletic fields, and river systems, • Opportunity to learn valuable construction trade skills, • Clear path for career growth and skill development Work Environment • Outdoor, hands-on work in dynamic and scenic environments, • Projects include infrastructure, athletic fields, and river work, • Collaborate with operators and crews on grading, rock placement, and site preparation, • Company handles subgrade preparation and specialized in-house river projectsJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parker, CO.
