Job Description Essential Duties and Tasks Develops course curricula and materials for the annual Update courses; conducts annual seminars for approved instructors to prepare them for teaching the courses; formats course materials; distributes materials to education providers; responds to instructors' questions and requests. Develops course curricula and materials for the 12-hour Broker-in-Charge Course in cooperation with other professional staff assigned responsibility for assisting in development of the course; assures that information in course material is kept current. Coordinates revisions of the Commission's North Carolina Real Estate Manual in conjunction with the Director and Assistant Director of Education of Licensing; writes various portions of the book under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director of Education and Licensing; reviews and edits the book in preparation for printing; and coordinates publication and distribution with the Communication Officer. Writes articles and text for the Commission and other publications addressing legal topics pertaining to Real Estate License Law, Real Estate Commission rules, and real estate brokerage practice, and reviews on a continuing basis Commission publications to ensure that the subject matter of such publications remains current. Conducts research on legal topics related to Real Estate License Law, Real Estate Commission rules, and real estate brokerage practice as directed by the Director and Assistant Director of Education and Licensing. Desirable Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and/or experience in the field of education, experience in the practice of real estate law, possession of a NC real estate broker license preferred; however, it is mandatory within 6 months of hire. Must demonstrate excellent technical and professional writing skills. Instructional skills are preferred. Special Requirements Graduation from an accredited law school. Possession of a valid North Carolina Driver's License without restrictions. Writing sample required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Utilize classroom and lab instruction, student assessment mechanisms, and classroom management techniques to provide an engaged classroom experience to students., • Ensure that each student has been presented with the material to successfully meet the learning objectives of each course within a student’s program of study, • Ensure that instructional materials and equipment are ready for student use, sufficient in quantity, are properly maintained and are in working order prior to class time, • Participate in ongoing faculty assessment and professional development activities to ensure an active and engaged classroom experience for all students; maintain required certification and license, • Actively participate in meetings, review and analyze assessment data, compile reports, and meet academic and administrative deadlines, • Ensure campus compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory bodies’ guidelines, along with internal policies of the company, • High school diploma, GED, and proof of completion of related vocational training program., • Verifiable work experience including a minimum of three (3) years verifiable Medical Clinical Assisting experience within the last ten years, • Must be certified or licensed where required by law, • Certified CMA and/or CCMA, • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers, • Demonstration of highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all aspects, including appearance, demeanor, and attitude, • Ability to work in an observation/coaching style environment, • Capability to prioritize, accept responsibility, and work within deadlines, • Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills, • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, • Previous experience teaching in an education setting and/or experience with training employees within the industry, • Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations applicable to the proprietary education industry Ancora Education is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
