What you'll doAs a Mulberry Plumbing Service Technician, you will: • Run residential service and repair calls, • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide options-based solutions for homeowners., • Perform repairs and installs, • Water heaters (tank & tankless), • Toilets, faucets, disposals, • Water lines, drain lines, and leak repairs, • Basic drain cleaning and troubleshooting, • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers — build trust, not pressure., • Use our flat-rate pricebook and field management software to present pricing and document every job., • Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and professional appearance., • Have 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience (preferred), • Hold a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record., • Are comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining their options in simple, friendly language., • Can work independently, manage your day, and solve problems on the fly., • Take pride in quality workmanship — you don’t cut corners., • Show up on time, ready to work, with a great attitude., • NO NIGHTS! Job Description Ford Mobile Service Technician – $20- 30/hr. depending on experience | No Weekends Holyoke, MA | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | No nights or weekends Marcotte Ford, a proud family-owned dealership in Holyoke, is looking for an Entry- to Mid-Level Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service Team! This is a great opportunity to take your express-level skills on the road and represent Marcotte Ford directly at customer locations. You’ll work from a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service van performing on-site maintenance and light repairs while delivering outstanding customer experience.
