Job Qualifications: • 3-4 years of previous restaurant managerial experience required., • Proven background managing high-volume operations ($5M+ annual sales)., • 2-4 years of experience in bar/restaurant environments with heavy guest turnover., • Possess mandatory certifications including Liquor License and Food Manager Certificate., • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus., • Flexibility to work late nights, holidays, and weekends with increased hours during peak seasons.
