This in-person role is ideal for a trial-ready attorney who can independently manage a high-volume personal injury litigation caseload from pleadings through trial. The Litigation Attorney will represent plaintiffs throughout Orange County and surrounding areas, handling complex personal injury matters, negotiating high-value settlements, and preparing cases for jury and bench trials. Salary Range: $150,000 $220,000 annually (DOE) Key Responsibilities • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and assault cases, • Manage cases from initial responsive pleadings through trial, • Draft, file, and argue pleadings, discovery, demands, motions, and memoranda of law, • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, • Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnesses, • Conduct trial preparation, including motions in limine, jury instructions, special verdict forms, trial briefs, and exhibit lists, • Perform law and motion work, including summary judgment motions, demurrers, and discovery motions, • Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and damages evidence, • Work with and prepare expert witnesses, including reports, affidavits, and testimony coordination, • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guiding them through the litigation process, • Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staffRequired Qualifications, • Active California State Bar license in good standing (required), • 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial work (required), • Ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload, • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, • High level of professionalism, accountability, and client service focus, • Self-motivated with long-term career growth goalsPreferred Qualifications, • Jury and bench trial experience, • Spanish-speaking ability a plus, • Experience litigating complex personal injury matters, • Prior experience supervising paralegals or litigation support staffJob Details, • Job Type: Full-time, • Schedule: 8-hour shift, • Work Environment: In-personSalary Range: $150,000 $220,000 annually (DOE) Benefits & Perks • Competitive salary, • 401(k), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off (PTO), • Paid sick leaveWork Location Requirements, • Ability to commute to Irvine, CA (required)
