Learn more at: Summary: The Mental Health Therapist Supervisor provides clinical supervision and direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by foster care, adoption, guardianship, and child welfare involvement. This role ensures trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and permanency-focused care while supporting therapists and collaborating with child welfare partners. The position combines leadership, clinical oversight, and direct service delivery. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Clinical Supervision & Leadership • Provide weekly clinical supervision and case consultation to therapists., • Monitor documentation, service quality, compliance, and productivity standards., • Support clinical decision-making related to trauma, abuse, neglect, attachment disruptions, and placement instability., • Guide staff in permanency-focused treatment planning and court-related documentation., • Maintain a caseload of children, adolescents, and families impacted by foster care and child welfare involvement., • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including IM-CANs completion and updates., • Provide individual, family, and caregiver therapy in home, community, office, and telehealth settings., • Facilitate therapy groups and caregiver psychoeducation and trauma-informed parenting support., • Collaborate with caseworkers, foster parents, biological parents, guardians, court personnel, and agency partners., • Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings., • Provide written clinical updates to support permanency planning and court review., • Immediately report safety concerns, risk issues, or service disruptions to child welfare partners., • Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines., • Ensure all documentation meets agency, Medicaid, and regulatory standards and supports billing requirements., • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with Illinois Mental Health Code., • Participate in required training and professional development., • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to program needs., • Maintain professional representation of the agency., • Available for appointments during after-school and evening hours Employees shall respect the diversity of all individuals (e.g., clients, co-workers, stakeholders) and refrain from any form of discrimination and/or based upon a person’s legally protected characteristics or conduct, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression. Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field, • Active Illinois licensure: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in mental health or community-based behavioral health services, • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, • IM+CANS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire, • Strong clinical judgment, high-quality documentation skills, and knowledge of recovery-oriented care, • Must be at least 21 years of age Envision Unlimited offers competitive salaries and a generous benefit package to our professionals: Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: $75,000 per year, • Paid Time Off: 11 Vacation days, 12 Holidays days, 3 sick days, 3 personal days, • Illinois Paid Leave: 40 hours (accrued), • Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Mileage reimbursement, • Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility, • Cell phone reimbursement (or use of company phone), • Free clinical supervision for licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC), • Reimbursement for professional licensure and renewal fees, • Include boutiques of voluntary benefits., • Annual tuition assistance.
