Job Description Wrap Machine Operator • Full on the Job Training provided., • Team Atmosphere with continued training and advancement of knowledge. JOB REQUIREMENTS · Education/Experience • Minimum high school graduate or the equivalent is preferred., • A manufacturing or industrial background is preferred. · Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities • Good communication skills including good reading ability and legible handwriting in English., • Basic mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide when required., • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as a member of a team., • This person must be able to sit, climb, bend, stoop and reach while working in a production environment., • Must be able to manually lift and move objects that weigh up to 70 pounds. Lifting is not frequent., • Good eyesight is a requirement., • Must have manual dexterity for writing and banding activities., • The ability to interact with employees and others to accomplish the goals of the Company., • This position also requires a hearing ability that allows efficient communication with fellow employees., • Demonstrate adaptability and creativity under stressful situations., • Capable of reading hand micrometers., • The ability to identify and resolve or seek appropriate assistance to resolve any problems encountered during the performance of assigned tasks., • Ability to safely operate a forklift after passing the Alconex Forklift Training Requirements. Working Conditions • The majority of time will be spent in an open warehouse and manufacturing facility with normal environmental conditions.
