    A Night Warehouse Associate is a highly physical role. The purpose of the position is to select and fill orders, prepare pallets and load trucks in preparation for morning deliveries. Duties And Responsibilities Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking-in merchandise Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Handle all products with care to avoid damages and loss Open bales, crates and other containers using a box cutter. Use pump pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, sit-down hi-lo forklift, stand-up hi-lo forklift and safety ladders to select products from warehouse shelves and prepare pallets Fill out pre and post trip sheets for fork lifts and pallet jacks Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist in counting of physical inventory.
