Job Description About Us: Skyline Park is Atlanta’s rooftop playground — a one-of-a-kind amusement experience perched high above the city at Ponce City Market. With vintage games, mini golf, panoramic views, and sky-high energy, we’re all about creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Now, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to help us take fun to the next level. What You’ll Do: As Assistant Manager, you’ll be part ringleader, part operations wizard, and part guest experience guru. Your role includes: • Leading, training, and motivating our dynamic team to deliver outstanding guest service, • Supporting daily park operations, from attractions and events to food & beverage areas, • Maintaining a safe, clean, and high-energy environment, • Jumping in wherever needed — from troubleshooting arcade games to keeping the vibe upbeat, • Working closely with the GM to drive team performance, sales, and service excellence, • 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, amusement, or entertainment settings, • High-energy, guest-first mindset with a love for making people smile, • Strong problem-solving skills and cool-headedness under pressure, • Weekend and evening availability (it’s when the fun happens!), • Work in one of Atlanta’s most iconic locations with an unbeatable rooftop view Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Employee discount, • Flexible schedule, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance
