Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is with a growing real estate organization based in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a detail?oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, cash application, tenant ledger maintenance, and AR reporting. This is a fully onsite contract role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast?paced environment common in property and real estate operations. Accounts Receivable Specialist Real Estate Industry - Center City Philadelphia Fully Onsite | Contract Salary: $22-$25/hr. Key Responsibilities • Generate and issue invoices for tenants, leases, and property?related charges, • Maintain tenant AR ledgers and ensure accuracy of balances, • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past?due accounts, • Apply incoming payments and reconcile discrepancies, • Resolve billing issues with tenants and internal teams, • Prepare AR reports for management, • Assist with month?end close and supporting journal entries, • Work cross?functionally with property management, leasing, and accounting teams Qualifications, • 2-5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, • Real estate or property management industry experience preferred but not required, • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), • Experience with accounting or property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage), • Excellent communication and problem?solving abilities Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Coakley Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
