Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Reservations Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring that agents are following procedures and providing first rate service by effectively taking reservations and communicating guest inquiries accurately in a friendly and courteous manner; demonstrating patience, empathy, adaptability, consistency, clear communication, and knowledge necessary; have exceptional time management skill, an admirable work ethic, upbeat attitude and the ability to use positive language. Most communication is handled over the phone although some processes are dealt with via written communication. This position may be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. This is an in-office position located at 1624 Market St., Denver, CO 80202. The individual hired for this role is expected to be on-site and work in the office each day. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is a creative, forward thinker with a passion for coaching and challenging sales teams to re-define success and provide an outstanding customer experience. This position can be located various areas in the Midwest. and you will lead, direct and motivate a team of outside sales professionals in the Northeast region. As a coach you will develop and execute sales strategies designed to meet revenue objectives and exceed customer expectations. You will have a great team standing behind you, but you will need to bring the passion and drive to coach the sales team to re-define success and create a phenomenal customer experience. The Youth Treatment Counselor collaborates within the framework of the educational and treatment team in the completion of instructional activities and behavior management in keeping with each child's IEP and treatment plans. The Youth Treatment Counselor individualizes academic and social emotional support for each student in the classroom. Our clients come from all walks of life and so do we.
