Position Overview Tierra Encantada is hiring for a District Manager based out of the greater Fort Worth area. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and compliance of corporate centers within their district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site management, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to lead and mentor center directors. This is a full time, exempt position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday. This role is mainly on site, with the expectation that District Managers will be on site at their centers 4 days a week, and have 1 day per week to work from home. The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually depending on qualifications, education, and experience.
