Job Description Clinical Specialist Manager / Lead Job Title: Clinical Specialist Manager / Lead (National) Job Type: Full-time Location: US (Field-based, nationwide travel required) Job description • This is a field-based leadership role (extensive travel required within the U.S), • Serves as the national clinical lead and subject matter expert for the system, • Provides hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available and functioning properly, • Leads, mentors, and develops a team of Clinical Specialists across regions, • Oversees and standardizes clinical best practices, case support, and customer engagement strategies nationwide, • Designs, implements, and manages comprehensive education and training programs for internal teams and external customers, • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical and clinical applications of the system, • Develops training materials, clinical protocols, and educational resources to support product adoption and utilization, • Provides advanced troubleshooting and high-level customer support in complex clinical situations, • Acts as escalation point for technical and clinical inquiries from customers and internal teams, • Maintains expert-level knowledge of competitor products and industry trends, • Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support product launches and clinical strategy, • Ensures compliance with all quality systems, company policies, and regulatory requirements, • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements and skills • Preferably majored in health-care related field., • Proven experience in clinical specialist, scrub technician, RN, or medical device clinical support role., • 5+ years of clinical experience in Neurosurgery., • Strong operating room experience with deep understanding of sterile protocols required., • Experience with image-guided systems strongly preferred., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption at a national level., • Strong organization skills.
