Apply today and start your career with a company that truly values its team.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do: • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for new and returning patients, • Handle patient intake: collect demographics, insurance details, and medical history, • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as required, • Schedule patient evaluations and follow-up visits in coordination with the clinical team, • Provide financial estimates and collect payments at time of service (including no-show/cancellation fees), • Answer phones, emails, and faxes, manage patient records, and maintain administrative reports, • Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, professional environment, • Consistently achieve key front office performance metrics (referral conversion, collections, scheduling/visit volume, etc.)Required SkillsWhat You Bring:, • 6+ months of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred), • Warm, professional communication style and strong attention to detail, • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital systems, • Familiarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, and insurance verification processes is a plus, • 2+ years experience in a medical office setting is a bonus but not required
