This is a 0.7 FTE (56 hour per pay period) day shift with an every other weekend rotation. The Medication Scribe is responsible for gathering and documenting patient medication information into the electronic health records system, as well as assisting with related administrative tasks to increase efficiency and productivity of care team and satisfaction of patients. Responsibilities \n\n • Prepare current patient-specific medication list in accordance with department processes and procedures.
