Job Description Parts Counterperson As a well-known Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealer, we have 14 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Job Duties: • Serve as the first point of contact answering and resolving customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone, • Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors, • Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock, • Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders, • Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments, • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, • Accurately complete cycle counting and inventory adjustments, • Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders, • Maintain inventory control for the branch, • Delivery parts to customers as needed, • Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts is beneficial, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Organized and detail oriented, • Team Player, • Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite, • Safety focused, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver's license, • Forklift operation experience preferred, • Quarterly Bonuses, • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, • 401K with company matching, • Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance We're an equal opportunity employer.
