Job Description About the Role: The Branch Manager at Lehman Pipe and Plumbing Supply LLC in Orlando, FL, is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable performance. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch or retail management, preferably within the plumbing supply or construction materials industry., • Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth., • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control., • Experience working in the plumbing supply or construction materials industry., • Familiarity within the Pipe, Valve, & Fitting (PVF) industry utilizing inventory management systems, ERP, and sales software., • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies., • Professional certifications in management or supply chain operations., • Manage daily branch operations including sales, inventory control, and customer service to meet or exceed company targets., • Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals., • Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability within the Orlando region., • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility., • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local business partners to enhance the branch’s reputation and growth., • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards., • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. The Branch Manager will utilize leadership and team management skills daily to inspire and guide employees toward achieving branch goals.
