Job Description Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and contribute to the efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management, • Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails, • Greet visitors and coordinate front desk operations, • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence, • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events, • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical), • Support procurement activities such as tracking office supplies and placing orders, • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, • Assist with timekeeping or HR-related administrative tasks as needed, • Provide hiring and onboarding support, including managing new-hire paperwork and PPE needs, and delivering required initial training., • Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience, • Fluency in English and Spanish, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, • Basic math and accounting skills, • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset, • Must be able to reliably commute to Annapolis Junction, MD 20701., • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Preferred Qualifications, • Associate Degree Compensation is determined by several factors, including education, experience, technical expertise, and organizational requirements.
