Job Description Summary The Project Experience Specialist (PES) supports the Proposal & Pricing functional group by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Project Experience and Past Performance content used in capture and proposal efforts. Working under the direction of the Project Experience Manager (PEM), this role partners closely with Business Development, Capture, Operations, Contracts, and Accounting to ensure project experience materials are accurate, current, and positioned to support competitive proposal submissions. The pay range for this position is $41.44-$50.97/hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Works under the direction of the Project Experience Manager in support of Proposal & Pricing activities., • Develops Project Experience fact sheets in accordance with contract files and, under guidance from the Project Experience Manager, coordinates with Operations and Project Management to support project‑specific tailoring for proposal use., • Collects, organizes, formats, and edits document content., • Assists the PEM in gathering project artifacts, such as supplementary narratives, reports, articles, pictures, commendation letters, awards, Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs), and Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs)., • Interfaces with Business Development, Capture, Proposal, Operations, and Project Management staff to compile, update, and distribute accurate Project Experience materials in support of capture and proposal efforts., • Maintains and updates fact sheets, coordinating with Operations, Contracts, and Accounting as contract and task order awards and modifications release. This includes changes to Government POCs, periods of performance, scopes, and contract values., • Summarizes CPAR and PPQ highlights and ratings for use in fact sheets and proposals., • Performs other related duties as required. Supervision No supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent coursework in one of these disciplines., • Education may be substituted for experience on a 1:1 basis., • Demonstrated experience producing clear, accurate written content for professional or technical purposes, such as proposals, reports, technical narratives, or similar business documents., • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, SharePoint, Publisher, and experience working with document formatting and version control., • US Citizenship Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism., • Experience working cross-departmentally with Operations, Contracts, and Accounting., • Knowledge of various government contract types such as: Time and Materials (TM), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Firm Fixed (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)., • Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures.
