TruLabs is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute strategies that expand our presence across mass, club, and specialty retail channels. This role plays a critical part in accelerating product velocity, supporting distribution wins, and delivering impactful retail campaigns that connect brand storytelling with in-store performance. Enjoy: ✔ Walkable square with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques ✔ Modern office amenities and collaborative workspaces ✔ Team-focused environment that encourages creativity and connection ✔ A balance of small-town charm with big-market opportunity What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to increase turns per store per week across mass and club channels, • Create go-to-market plans for product launches to support distribution wins and velocity growth, • Build integrated campaigns across social, digital, paid media, and in-store activation, • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with retailer resets, promotions, and timelines, • Develop retailer- and channel-specific playbooks for mass, club, and specialty environments, • Use data and insights to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion, and sell-through, • Translate creative concepts into scalable national programs with key retail partners, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, • Progressive experience in retail or CPG marketing, including 3+ years supporting retail channel initiatives, • Experience marketing CPG products within retail channels (nutrition, hydration, functional food, or wellness preferred), • Demonstrated success driving retail velocity, distribution expansion, and product launch performance, • Strong understanding of mass and club retail environments and shopper behavior, • Experience building campaigns that connect brand storytelling with retail performance, • Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills, • Comfort operating in a fast-growing, founder-led environment, • Retail media networks or retail technology platforms, • Influencer marketing tied to retail performance, • Retail CRM or shopper engagement tools, • Knowledge of emerging retail trends & shopper technologies, • Certifications in retail or shopper marketing Growth Opportunity: This role offers a unique opportunity to shape retail marketing strategy during a period of rapid expansion.
