Job DescriptionFlight Test Engineer The primary role in this position is as a Flight Test Engineer who is responsible for coordinating test and certification requirements, authoring and executing flight and ground test plans for a wide variety of aircraft platforms including FAA Part 23, 25, 27 and 29 as well as new and novel technology demonstrator programs such as electric and hydrogen propulsion. This role requires the significant exercise of independent discretion and judgment in matters of significance. Additional opportunities also exist to support the design team, flight science team or other teams as company needs and personal career desires dictate. • Coordinate test and certification requirements., • Author component level qualification test plans and procedures, aircraft level certification plans, flight and ground test plans as well as associated test hazard analysis (FAA Order 4040.26); coordinating with the customer and regulation authorities as required., • Author FTEO (Flight Test Engineering Order) packages for test specific installations., • Generate and review appropriate test limitations documentation., • Planning any and all aspects of a test campaign (test schedule, sequence, test setup requests, experimental ticket process, logistics, resources, third party support, airport and airspace coordination, test readiness, safety of flight, etc)., • Support ground operations, including weight and balance activities, fuel management, pre-flight and post-flight and ground test conduct and data collection., • Serve as an onboard test crew member in the role of Test Director, Instrumentation Operator or Flight Test Engineer as necessary (condition specific or safety of flight data monitoring and real-time evaluation and calls)., • Analyze test data using time history plots, various analysis tools or custom solutions, evaluate compliance with regulations or internal requirements and prepare certification reports and substantiation documentation., • Minimum Five (5) years of relevant Flight Test Engineering experience related to experimental flight test operations. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: In conjunction with the SAGE Program Manager and other supervisors, a supervisor of the SAGE program oversees all aspects of long-term case management services and works closely with other DESC programs to assure successful coordination of care and promotion of recovery to the highest degree possible. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist the SAGE Program Manager in planning, implementation and coordination of long-term case management mental health services at the agency., • Support and train case management staff toward improved care standards and practice skills., • Coordinate with DESC programs to assure successful transition of consumers to long-term case management., • Coordinate and participate in psychiatric consultations, clinical supervisions, program meetings, and in-service training of mental health program staff; participate in clinical reviews and case conferences., • Coordinate schedule for all aspects of long-term mental health services, including scheduling of individual team members and coverage of office and drop-in center areas., • Schedule and conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews of charts of long-term case management consumers., • Supervise and review team clinical documentation to assure that team members maintain current and complete clinical records, and that records comply with the agency's clinical accountability policies and procedures., • Oversee compliance with documentation requirements of relevant WACs, King County, PHP and other funding sources (as applicable), in conjunction with Clinical Programs Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager., • Provide individual supervision and consultation for team members., • Conduct performance evaluations of clinical staff on scheduled basis and keep supporting documentation in confidential files., • Participate as a regular member of various committees to assure efficient, accurate, and quality work performed by self and supervisees., • Track various matters through chart review and database reports to assure timeliness and accuracy of program work., • Maintain familiarity with agency and mental health system policies and procedures and assure adherence to these procedures. About Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT): The Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT or “Meerkat”) at DESC, is a county funded program responsible for addressing the imminent and emergent needs of community members in crisis, in the central region of King County primarily covering the entirety of Seattle. The DESC team has been providing mobile crisis response services to the community for well over a decade. Shift Supervisors work alongside the staff they supervise providing real-time, on the ground supervision, coaching and guidance for how to resolve crisis situations their teams are responding to in the community. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Steven's Place will be a new DESC housing site that will include 109 units of affordable housing in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood, including 5 dedicated respite rooms. This vital project will provide stable, supportive housing and 24/7 on-site services for single adults living with disabilities and experiencing chronic homelessness. The community will also feature welcoming indoor and outdoor common spaces. JOB DEFINITION: The Front Desk Coverage role is for individuals with excellent customer service orientation. FD coverage assists with respectfully meeting and greeting internal and external providers and building staff in the coordination of services to residents including but not limited to: managing common spaces in the building, maintain safety and security by monitoring all general access areas and enforcing project rules, and supports the unit technician. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in shift briefs and read logs before the start of each shift daily, • Providing milieu coverage support when needed, • Distribute client medication and serve food on shift, • Operate all functions in lobby office, including checking visitors in and out, answering telephones and monitoring security systems, • Create a healthy and welcoming environment for residents which includes maintaining the general cleanliness of grounds and common areas in adherence to project rules and regulations, • Conduct regular outside perimeter walk-throughs and trash/debris pick up when on shift.
