Job DescriptionSalary: $25/hr Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Professional Organizer / House Manager to oversee the smooth running of a private familys household and multiple properties. This role blends home organization, property management, and personal assistant support to ensure a well-maintained, efficient, and welcoming environment for the family. Properties Managed β’ Primary family residence, β’ Short-term rental property for team members, β’ Two office locations Core Responsibilities Property Management: β’ Oversee maintenance and daily operations across all four properties., β’ Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors, including pool maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, and repairs., β’ Ensure all properties are clean, functional, and maintained to hotel-level standards., β’ Schedule regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance needs proactively., β’ Track and manage service schedules, warranties, and maintenance records for each property. Household Management: β’ Perform daily tidying, laundry, dishes, and light cleaning duties at the primary residence (MondayFriday)., β’ Maintain household supplies and restock as needed for both the family home and short-term rental property., β’ Create and maintain organizational systems for closets, pantries, and storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency., β’ Anticipate household and family needs, resolving issues before they arise., β’ Manage household calendars and coordinate deliveries, appointments, and vendors. Personal Assistant Duties: β’ Run personal errands and assist the CEO with day-to-day needs., β’ Handle returns, exchanges, and personal shopping with attention to detail and discretion., β’ Purchase thoughtful and appropriate gifts for business and personal occasions., β’ Support with organization, scheduling, and time management., β’ Assist with miscellaneous personal and household tasks as needed. Qualifications β’ Previous experience in household management or as a personal assistant, β’ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, β’ Proactive problem-solving ability, β’ Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, β’ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, β’ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, β’ Professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanor Personal Qualities β’ Loves to organize and create order from chaos, β’ Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, β’ Does what it takes, no job beneath them("no job too big or small"), β’ Warm, friendly demeanor comfortable around children (ages 12 and 7), β’ Professional boundaries and discretion, β’ Reliable and consistent work ethic, β’ Positive attitude and a bright presence to have in the CEO's home Hours and Location β’ Full-time position based primarily at the familys Austin residence., β’ Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility required.
