Job Description We are looking for a knowledgeable 1099 technician who owns their own tools and vehicle, we offer 30 an hour plus travel. Technician Requirements & Qualifications We are seeking a qualified technician with the necessary tools, knowledge, and experience in networking, structured cabling, digital signage, audio installation, and telephony. Candidates must meet the following requirements: Required Tools You must supply tools. General Tools for All Technicians • Screwdrivers & Nut Drivers (Phillips, flathead, Torx, security bits), • Pliers (Needle-nose, diagonal cutters, slip-joint, channel lock), • Adjustable Wrenches (Standard & mini sizes), • Wire Strippers (For different gauge wires), • Hex Keys (Metric & SAE sets), • Utility Knife (Retractable for wire cutting & stripping), • Measuring Tape (25-50ft), • Label Maker (Dymo/Brother for proper cable labeling), • Sharpies & Pens (For marking and labeling), • Cable Ties & Velcro Straps (For cable management), • Tool Bag or Backpack (To keep everything organized), • Fiberglass Fish Tape & Poles (For pulling cable through walls and ceilings), • Stud Finder (For mounting equipment), • Small Parts Organizer (For screws, anchors, and connectors), • USB to Serial Adapter (For RS232 control of digital signage screens) 1.
