Responsibilities Under the direction of the Pastry Chef and Buffet Chef, the Buffet Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for consistently providing our Guests with an experience expected of a high-end, multi-dimensional buffet restaurant. Food quality is at the highest level for a buffet e.g. seven action stations where many of the items are prepared to order for our guests. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling to customer homes or businesses to perform equipment and machine repairs. The service technician will install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.
