What You’ll Do: As a Territory Manager at ACR Supply Company, you are the bridge between our products, our customers, and the communities we serve. You oversee new business development in your region and actively develop sales strategies and build partnerships that directly impact ACR’s profitability and success. Your contributions help create a ripple effect, where the support you provide to HVAC professionals directly results in better experiences for homeowners and businesses, strengthening the bond between ACR Supply, its customers, and the communities we serve. It is expected that the Territory Manager will work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week in accordance with the standard company operating hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs arise. Key Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategies and goals, evaluate accounts, assess sales performance, and create strong protective relationships with accounts to maximize sales., • Seek out new business in the local market, increasing territory sales revenue year over year., • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within the company’s established trading partners, maximizing retention and growth of current customers., • Respond to requests from customers for information and follow up promptly., • Cultivate strong connections with companies throughout your community, helping them get the right products and solutions to serve their customers efficiently., • Categorize and prioritize accounts and allocate time to highest priorities, • Seek sales innovation and technology enhancements. Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries., • Manage calendar, set meetings, and update numbers through Stratmax, Ninety, and Microsoft Forms., • Help contractors operate more efficiently and profitably by providing timely solutions, • Drive growth at your local ACR store through strong customer partnerships, • Anticipate customer needs and guide them toward high-value tools and support, • Serve as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, technically complex industry, • High School Diploma or GED, • 1 year experience with Microsoft Outlook or platform using email and calendar, • 3 years experience working in CSR or equivalent experience in the HVAC-R or related industry, • Current and Valid NC Driver’s license with a record that demonstrates good driving skills in compliance with Company policy, • Associate Degree or Higher (preferred), • 5 years in a customer service-related role (preferred), • 5 years applying HVAC-R product knowledge in a customer service position (preferred), • 1 year proven experience proactive selling above customer’s initial request(preferred), • Possesses a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity and strong communication skills, • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, sound business judgment and the capacity for continued growth and contributions to the Company, • Creates and nurtures a positive team culture, works to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, • Possesses analytical skills necessary to identify key areas of opportunity, • Knowledge of the HVAC industry products/practices, • Sales and relationship building skills, • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Demonstrated ability to learn/use new technology, • Attention to detail and self-motivation, • Strong Critical Thinking and problem solving ability, • Excellent organizing, planning, prioritization skills, • Strong active listening and social perceptiveness What You Can Look Forward To: Benefits & Perks (for eligible associates)! • Paid time off and Paid holidays off, • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, • Supplemental insurance, • Volunteer paid time off, • AAA roadside assistance, • 401k program with company match, • Family fun day, • Personal and professional development and training
