Job DescriptionJob Title: Front Desk Agent – PM Shift Part Time (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented part time Front Desk Agent to join our team for the PM shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, handle reservations, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their stay. This position requires professionalism, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner, • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, • Manage room reservations through phone, email, and third-party platforms, • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments, • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needs, • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred, • Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus, • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelKey, or similar) is an advantage, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Professional appearance and demeanor Working Conditions: • Standing for extended periods, • May be required to lift or carry light items (e.g., luggage, packages), • Fast-paced, customer-facing environment Hotel experience is required for this position. At this time, we are not considering any candidates who are not able to work on weekends or holidays. Job Type: Part-time & Full-Time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: • 8 hour shift, • Part time position three to four shifts a week, • Evening Shifts (mandatory), • Night Audit Shifts (as required), • Holidays, • Hotel experience: 1 year (Required)
