Job Description About Us Feel Great Car Wash is a family-run, Texas-based express car wash brand with deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, built on over 15 years of industry expertise. After successfully founding and selling Caliber Car Wash, our family couldn’t resist diving back into the car wash world we love. With explosive growth—expanding from two locations earlier this year to six currently, and aiming for 15 by next year—we’re a dynamic team fueled by our core values: community, collaboration, and curiosity. Our fast-paced, startup-like environment thrives on strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a “we-can-figure-it-out” attitude. We don’t demand perfection, but we seek those who strive for it. Join a tight-knit team of industry veterans, including the former VP of Operations at Zips Car Wash, and take ownership of marketing for a brand poised for rapid expansion. With over 100 dedicated team members, we treat every addition like family, offering a culture that’s friendly, casual, and built for growth—whether you’re looking to plant roots or gain hands-on experience as a career springboard. Job Summary We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our membership-focused, high-growth express car wash brand to new heights in the DFW metroplex. Reporting directly to the owners of our company, you’ll take the reins of our marketing strategy, overseeing digital, print, physical, and experiential campaigns to boost customer acquisition, retention, and community trust. This role is designed as a fast-track to Head of Marketing within 1 year and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) within 3 years, with the opportunity to participate in profit sharing based on performance, peer reviews, and tenure. There’s no ceiling to your future earnings—this is just the beginning. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, detail-oriented leader ready to build scalable systems, manage budgets, and shape a growing marketing team with light oversight from leadership. If you’re energized by a fast-moving environment, love turning data into results, and want to make a tangible impact on a brand with big ambitions, this is your chance to shine. Key Objectives * Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive membership growth and brand loyalty. * Develop scalable systems, workflows, and documentation to streamline marketing operations. * Collaborate with operations, construction, vendors, and partners for seamless campaign execution. * Support recruitment and training to build a future marketing team. Required Skills & Qualifications * 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, service industries, or high-growth brands; car wash or membership-based business experience is a plus. * Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, paid ads, social media, email automation, and content strategy. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and tools like Google Analytics. * Technical proficiency in: * Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.), Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint. * Design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. * Website platforms: WordPress/Elementor (strongly preferred). * Project management tools: Asana or similar. * CRM systems: Required; HubSpot preferred. * Analytics: Required; Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence software preferred. * Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to document processes thoroughly. * Strong communication skills with experience leading teams, holding others accountable, and navigating challenging conversations. * Ability to learn new tools quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel. Company DescriptionWe are a family-run express car wash business based in Dallas, Fort-Worth. The teams we are actively recruiting for are known for three core values: community, collaboration, and curiosity. We base all of our efforts in working together, supporting each other's projects, and problem-solving in any way we can. Whether you are looking for an opportunity to stick with a company for a long time or get the hands-on experience from industry-veterans as a stepping stone for future career moves, this is the perfect environment to do so. We offer benefits, performance based bonuses, paid time off, and run our company as if every team member is a part of our family. We are a family-run express car wash business based in Dallas, Fort-Worth.
