This role involves drawing and processing blood samples while maintaining strict safety, confidentiality, and procedural accuracy. The PSR II fosters trust with patients, demonstrates leadership behaviors, and upholds process-excellence standards in every interaction.Key Responsibilities, • Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen collection tasks accurately and on time under the area supervisor’s direction., • Maintain a safe and professional environment in compliance with all company procedures., • Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing with confidence., • Verify patient identification and labeling accuracy post-collection, including obtaining patient signatures., • Maintain required records and documentation., • Promote a positive image and demonstrate organizational commitment toward patients, clients, and staff.Required Experience, • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections., • Proven ability to provide error-free work in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Nice-to-Have Experience, • Experience in a Patient Service Center environment (2 years preferred)., • Prior customer service experience in retail or healthcare settings., • Keyboard and data entry skills.Required Skills, • Proficient phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric draws., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in patient information.Preferred Skills, • Medical assistant or paramedic training., • Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, and WA)., • Reliable transportation and clean driving record for multi-site coverage.Additional Skills, • Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime., • Demonstrated superior customer focus and change adaptability., • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.Benefits, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
