Research Responsibilities Laboratory-based research efforts will focus on the molecular biology of gene therapy for malignant and non-malignant diseases with the goal of include establishing a platform for tracking clonal expansion and monitoring transgene integration and expression in gene therapy trials, as well as participating in the development of novel strategies for the treatment of globin disorders. Research projects will be conducted under the mentorship of senior investigators at CUIMC and CICET, including Drs.
