Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Tenant Services, the Superintendent will be responsible for the overall maintenance, custodial, and upkeep of a building. The building Assistant Superintendent will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Superintendent and/or Property Management personnel. Metro Healthcare Management provides administrative and technical support for Metro Dermatology of NY, P.C./NJ, P.A., a dermatology practice with two locations in the Bronx (Concourse Village and Fordham Road, three locations in Queens (Flushing, Glen Oaks, Elmhurst), and Fort Lee, New Jersey Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-union position. Hours of work are scheduled around our clinic hours which are currently Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Some further weekend and/or evening hours may be needed in emergency and project situations.
