As a CM, you will ensure construction execution aligns with safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. This is a high-impact, field-oriented position with oversight of end-to-end construction activities, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities, • Oversee field construction activities across a defined geographic region, • Manage project budgets, schedules, vendors, and materials, • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory protocols, • Partner cross-functionally to deliver on-time and on-budget assets, • Review and approve site designs and utility coordination, • Anticipate risk and develop preventative action plans, • Address and resolve client or subcontractor issues, • Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders, • Other duties as assignedRequired Experience, • 8+ years in wireless site construction or related field (civil, building), • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Planning, or equivalent experience, • Telecom-specific field experience within the last 12 months, • Strong understanding of wireless tower development, leases, easements, zoning, • Prior experience managing network deployment or construction projectsNice-to-Have Experience, • Experience in global or large-scale telecom portfolios, • Financial acumen in construction budgeting and analysisRequired Skills, • Ability to manage remote construction teams and vendors, • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, • Proficient in managing site development processes and documentation, • Effective communication across functional teams and leadership, • Organized and adaptable in fast-paced, multi-project environmentsPreferred Skills, • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in wireless telecom, • Familiarity with site utility design and service coordination, • Presentation skills for reporting project progress and issuesAdditional Requirements, • Lift up to 25 lbs as needed, • Willingness to travel up to 80% regionallyBenefits, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement PlanAbout the ClientA global real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure, operating over 180,000 sites worldwide.
