The proper candidate will be highly experienced and strategically minded, overseeing every element of the organization’s remuneration system, including salary, bonuses, paid/sick leave, welfare benefits, and retirement plans. This person will develop payroll and benefits strategies that drive growth, attract/retain talent, optimize the workforce, and drive productivity. Qualifications - Must Haves • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including leadership experience, • Proven experience designing and implementing compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs, • Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation and benefits practices, including regulatory compliance (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.), • Experience leading annual payroll review cycles and managing large-scale salary adjustments, • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or similar benchmarks) and translate insights into strategy, • Experience managing benefits programs and vendor relationships (carriers, brokers, providers), • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level and senior leadership, • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation modeling, • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems and must have UKG experience., • Strong communication and team management skills. Qualifications - Nice to Have, • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, • Certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CBP, or SHRM-SCP / SPHR, • Experience in high-growth or multi-entity organizations (e.g., healthcare, multi-state operations), • Exposure to equity compensation, executive compensation, or long-term incentive plans, • Experience building or scaling total rewards functions from the ground up, • Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for compensation reporting, • Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or rapid workforce scaling, • Benchmark current compensation and benefits programs against market trends, industry standards, and key competitors, • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational growth, workforce diversity, and business objectives, • Partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits matters, • Oversee and manage role changes, promotions, job scope adjustments, and internal transfers to ensure consistency and equity, • Lead the annual salary review and merit cycle in collaboration with department heads, ensuring accurate execution within HRIS and payroll systems, • Conduct regular audits and assessments of compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and alignment with total rewards strategy, • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and insights on compensation and benefits topics, • Oversee the development of benefits materials and manage the annual open enrollment process, • Support negotiation of coverage, services, and pricing with carriers, brokers, and vendors to ensure competitive and high-quality offerings, • Ensure medical and ancillary benefit renewals remain competitive while supporting employee well-being, • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards programs, • 21 paid days off (15 PTO days, increasing with tenure, plus 6 holidays), • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options, • Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D insurance, and GAP Plan (TransAmerica), • Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match ICBD is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace free from discrimination.
