Job Description The Social Media Manager will lead and execute our social strategy across all platforms. This role is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, tracking, and optimizing content that reflects our brand vision and drives measurable engagement. This individual will own the full lifecycle of social media: campaign ideation, asset creation, influencer relationships, sampling coordination, event coverage, spend tracking, and performance reporting. The role requires both creative instinct and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning • Develop and manage a structured social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, events, and trade initiatives., • Propose and execute original campaign ideas that elevate brand presence and engagement., • Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms as relevant (using tools like Later or Notion for planning), • Produce assets including static posts, short-form video, reels, carousels, captions, and stories., • Collaborate with internal creative teams to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence., • Identify, outreach, and manage influencer relationships (using tools like Aspire or DashSocial), • Coordinate product sampling and track deliverables., • Monitor campaign performance and ROI of influencer partnerships., • Attend and capture live content from trade shows, markets, showroom events, and brand activations., • Translate on-site moments into compelling, polished social content., • Track paid and organic social performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, CTR, conversions)., • Monitor social media spend and influencer/giveaway budgets. Required • 5-7+ years of social media management experience; preferably in home, lifestyle, fashion or luxury space, • Proven ability to manage social strategy end-to-end; familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (Notion, Later, Aspire, G4A, Semrush etc or similar tools), • Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visual sensibility + video editing) using AI tools, • Experience managing influencer campaigns and product sampling., • Demonstrated experience tracking performance metrics and campaign ROI., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Consistent, elevated brand presence across platforms., • Measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and audience quality., • Efficient management of influencer relationships and budgets.
