Job Description:\n\nAt Landmark Theatres we are Movies and more! We are focused on enhancing your escape through the diversity of our curated content: Films, Music, Sports, Gaming, Live Events, Streaming, etc. Landmark is known for historic theatres as well as those with neighborhood charm and contemporary locations with all the latest amenities. We offer all the regular movie concession fare you expect, as well as beer, wine, and other spirits at many locations. We are also focused on bringing you state-of-the art presentation and a safe environment for you to experience it. Position Summary: The Director of Marketing will lead the company's marketing and PR strategy. Operating at the forefront of in-theatre, digital, and social marketing, this role will drive brand awareness and bolster audience engagement across operations, while achieving customer growth through a data-driven business approach. This role will be based in our Los Angeles Office, it will be 5 days a week onsite, and report to the President & CEO. This position will navigate a uniquely fast-paced, trend-forward media environment amidst an evolving theatrical exhibition marketplace. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive field and digital strategies aligned with broader marketing and brand goals.Oversee content creation across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, in-theatre, website, and newsletters), ensuring themes, messaging, assets adhere to established brand guidelines.Lead effective PR strategies for promotional and crisis management situations.Monitor trends and industry activity to maintain relevancy and a competitive edge.Cultivate a sense of community and business ownership by engaging field staff as active marketing ambassadors at their respective locations via grassroots relationships with their centers, local organizations, press, etc.Provide consistent guest feedback via metrics for circuit and individual locations via data aggregation.Establish and maintain key partnerships (studios, influencers, agencies).Manage pertinent contracts for events and all related marketing and promotions.Lead and mentor Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Design Team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Film, IT, Accounting, Real Estate, Operations) Qualifications5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, PR, and/or related fields with proven leadership experience.Strong familiarity with major platforms and emerging networks (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).Expertise in content strategy, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights), and paid media logic.Computers Mac/PC proficient in office software, database programs etc.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to build and manage budgetsAbility to lift 50 pounds Salary Range $100,000—$115,000 USD NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS This California Privacy Notice is effective as of July 25, 2025. We may ask you to log in to your applicant portal account. We may also ask that you provide us with information, beyond your full name, in order to verify your identity and fulfill your request. We will only use any such information to verify your identity and fulfill your request. If we are unable to verify that the individual submitting the request is the same individual about whom we have collected information (or someone authorized by that individual to act on their behalf), we will not be able to process the request. Pursuant to the CCPA, we will not require you to verify your identity, beyond asking for the information necessary to complete your request, when you exercise your Right to Opt-Out of Sharing or Selling. Authorized Agents If you are an authorized representative submitting a request on a California Applicant's behalf, please complete the applicable request per the instructions below. We will follow up to request a signed, written permission signed by the individual who is the subject of the request authorizing you to make the request on their behalf. The written permission must state your full legal name, the full legal name of the individual who is the subject of the request and needs to be clear about the permission granted.
