Reporting & Systems · Use RealPage for leasing, payments, maintenance, and resident communication. · Support tracking of KPIs and timely submission of operational reports. · Maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making at the property level. Required Qualifications · 1–2 years of experience in property management or residential leasing. · Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices. · Proficiency in RealPage or similar property management software. · High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
