Job Description These two positions are located in Columbia, MD RBT - Part Time Pay: $24 - $28 The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic-based Early Learner Program for children ages 6 and under. RBTs may also provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic/ at-home during afternoon and evening hours. PT positions available immediately, with potential for FT for the right fit candidate. Responsibilities • Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using NET, DTT, reinforcement, task analysis, and behavior intervention strategies, • Collect and record behavioral data and complete session notes, • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required), • Experience providing ABA therapy to young children (preferred), • Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior reduction strategies, • 20–30 hours per week, • Sick and Safe leave (if you work 12 hours on average per week, you will receive 1 hr for every 30 hours worked. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs., • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles., • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly., • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions., • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across settings., • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations., • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to inform treatment planning., • Educate families about behavioral health strategies, progress updates, and treatment goals., • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)., • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder., • Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and patient care., • Familiarity with data collection methods, medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management., • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake procedures, and patient assessments.
