Role Overview: As a Psychiatrist at Tapestry 360 Health, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health care. You will manage patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, focusing on culturally competent and trauma-informed care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care through preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services. Key Responsibilities: o Comprehensive Psychiatric Care: Assess and diagnose a wide range of psychiatric conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy. o Integrated Care: Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated care across disciplines. o Patient Education: Provide mental health education and counseling to patients and their families to support informed care decisions and enhance treatment adherence. o Crisis Intervention: Offer timely support for patients in psychiatric crises, providing immediate assessments and interventions as needed. o Supervision & Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff. o Documentation & Compliance: Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system while adhering to state and federal regulations. o Community Engagement: Participate in community health initiatives to promote mental health awareness and expand access to care.
