Compensation: $69,000 Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales, • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood, • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal, • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline, • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growthQualifications:, • Technology driven, • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred, • Organized and manages time effectively, • Self-motivation and drive, • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills, • Active or in-process Real Estate License, • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, • A genuine passion for real estate and client success, • Adaptability in a fast-paced setting, • Drive to achieve and surpass goals, • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, • Availability for weekend and evening work About Company FAM Realty Group is a top 1% real estate team serving all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles.
