Job DescriptionOverview We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our global people function across the U.S. and international markets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on building scalable HR systems, ensuring compliance, and driving a high-performance culture. We have plans to grow 50%+ in headcount. You will partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business growth, delivery models, and revenue goals. Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Compliance • Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization (U.S. & global), • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and regulations, • Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and documentation aligned with legal requirements, • Bring expertise in U.S. state-level tax and compliance regulations, • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor management, • Establish and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, • Partner with leadership to define hiring plans aligned with revenue and delivery goals, • Build and manage end-to-end recruiting processes (sourcing to offer management), • Optimize global hiring strategy (onshore/offshore mix, cost efficiency, skill alignment), • Track and report on hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements3. Performance Management, • Design and implement structured performance management systems (KRAs, reviews, promotions), • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, • Partner with leadership on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions, • Support career pathing and leadership development initiatives4. Employee Engagement & Culture, • Build and sustain a high-performance, accountability-driven culture, • Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and satisfaction surveys, • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational health and team dynamics, • Manage employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics, • Develop and manage compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and business goals, • Partner with finance to align compensation with utilization, margins, and profitability targets, • Track and report on key HR and business metrics, including:, • Attrition and retention rates, • Utilization and capacity alignment, • Revenue per employee, • Employee engagement scores6. Organizational Design & Scaling, • Partner with leadership to design and evolve organizational structures (pods, centralized functions, etc.), • Build scalable HR frameworks to support growth from ~100 employees to the next phase, • Collaborate with PMO and leadership to align workforce strategy with delivery model evolution7.
