Kikta is expanding its clinical leadership structure to support continued growth, clinician development, and high-quality patient care. The Clinical Supervisor role strengthens daily clinical support for the clinician team while maintaining a meaningful client caseload. Position Overview Kikta is hiring a full-time, W2 Clinical Supervisor providing both outpatient clinical services and clinical supervision within the organization. This is a hybrid leadership role combining direct client care with clinical supervision and consultation. The Clinical Supervisor supports clinicians in delivering effective, ethical, and evidence-based care while assisting the Clinical Manager or Director in maintaining clinical quality and professional development across the organization. This role is focused on clinical supervision and clinician support, not administrative management. The Clinical Supervisor does not function as a manager responsible for performance management, disciplinary action, or operational oversight. Instead, this role provides clinical guidance, mentorship, and consultation. The position includes a reduced clinical caseload alongside supervision responsibilities. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Manager and Director to support clinician development, clinical decision-making, and professional growth within Kikta’s structured practice environment. Compensation Overview Kikta uses a variable salary model aligned with clinical productivity and supervisory responsibilities. Typical annual compensation ranges from $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience, licensure, and supervisory responsibilities. Clinical caseload expectations are variable and adjusted based on the number of clinicians supervised. Core Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians in accordance with Colorado regulations, • Offer individual and group supervision for LPCC clinicians and early-career clinicians, • Provide case consultation and guidance for complex clinical presentations, • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new clinicians, • Support clinical decision-making related to risk management, treatment planning, and documentation standards, • Maintain an active outpatient caseload delivering individual, family, and group therapy, • Participate in regular leadership consultation with the Clinical Manager/Director, • Support development of clinical training, consultation, and professional growth opportunities, • Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with organizational and payer standards, • Uphold organizational expectations related to professionalism, ethics, and collaboration, • Defined clinical expectations, • Structured operational support, • Administrative assistance, • Leadership accessibility, • Compliance oversight, • Supervision for LPCC clinicians, • Enjoy mentoring and supporting other clinicians, • Value evidence-based practice and clinical rigor, • Practice from a trauma-informed framework, • Prefer working within a structured behavioral health organization, • Value collaboration, consultation, and leadership development, • Seek long-term professional growth within a stable organization The Clinical Supervisor role supports both clinical excellence and team development within the organization. This position also does not align with clinicians planning concurrent work with multiple companies or platforms including SonderMind, Rula, Headway, or independent private practice. Required Qualifications • Master’s degree from an accredited program in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, • Active Colorado DORA license in one of the following:, • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), • Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, • Training in clinical supervision consistent with Colorado supervision regulations, • Experience supervising clinicians, candidates, or trainees preferred, • Experience using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR or similar approaches, • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, • Skill in crisis intervention and lethality assessment, • Comfort using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation, • Medicaid and insurance credentialing experience preferredBenefits, • Highly competitive salary within the Colorado outpatient behavioral health market, • Reduced clinical caseload supporting leadership responsibilities, • Dental and vision insurance, • 401(k) with employer matching, • Medical insurance stipend, • Administrative and operational support
