POSITION DESCRIPTION The Program Manager II is responsible for leading and managing the company’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contracts within EPA Region 6 and other regions and ensuring all projects are executed in alignment with client expectations, contractual requirements, and company objectives. This role oversees EPA-related projects and project teams, provides strategic leadership, supports business development efforts within the EPA portfolio, and serves as a primary point of contact for client engagement.
