Job DescriptionOverview The Principal Architect leads HPC AI focused Professional Services delivery engagements and cross functional technical teams on customer programs or projects. They are responsible for technical communications with Engineers, Architects, and the customer for AI-driven projects. The Principal Architect may participate in several Customer projects concurrently, integrating AI solutions with enterprise IT systems. Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Safety Ambassador supports the Permanent Supportive Housing team and is responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe environment by maintaining a physical presence across Plymouth Housing properties. Location focus will be on buildings where incidents have been higher and where staffing ratios are low as determined by the Crisis Manager, Safety Management, Deputy Director of Permanent Supportive Housing or Chief of Supportive Housing Officer. This position will support staff who are providing support and trauma informed care to residents who, as a result of trauma, do at times act out frequent verbal and physical aggression. Many of these incidents can be mitigated by rapport with residents and de-escalation skills. The Safety Ambassador will monitor cameras, be available to receive phone calls/radio from the buildings for backup support, rove the properties (using Plymouth funded means of transportation) walk with staff through the hallways conducting floor checks, walk with staff to and from their method of transportation before/or after a shift if needed. In certain situations, the Safety Ambassador may be positioned at a building for a portion of their shift. If there is an active eviction of a resident, the Safety Ambassador may be positioned at that building during their shift. Safety Ambassadors will document interactions with residents and notify their supervisor of any safety concerns or risks noticed. What you’ll bring • Proven B2B sales / BD experience: 5+ years in business development or sales for a creative agency, production company, marketing services firm, or closely related B2B services., • A track record of winning new client accounts (not just managing existing ones)., • An existing network (rolodex) of mid-market and enterprise-level contacts of Marketing, Brand, Corp Comms and Learning & Development leaders, • Hands-on, accountable approach: You’re willing to do the work: research, outreach, follow-up, and steady pipeline management., • Strategic thinker: able to translate partner business priorities into potential project opportunities, • Strong storytelling and framing skills – you can take a complex initiative and frame how creative content solves a business problem., • Experience with long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes; you’re patient, persistent, and organized., • Build and maintain a focused list of target enterprise accounts aligned to our ideal client profile., • Use your existing relationships and research to identify the right VP/Director level buyers in marketing, brand, corporate communications, and L&D., • Use a mix of channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals) to create consistent, high-quality discovery meetings., • Proactive daily and ongoing outreach and prospecting, • Lead discovery and early strategy conversations with new prospects, partnering with our Account Manager when needed., • Identify whitespace opportunities: new departments, geographies, programs, or use cases where our work could add value., • Turning client priorities into concrete next steps and proposals, • Lead Management: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to track accounts, contacts, activities, and stages so we have a reliable view of what’s in play., • Identify and pursue partnerships with consulting firms, learning and event platforms, and other complementary vendors that help VMG reach the right mid-market and enterprise buyers. CompensationBase + bonus commission structure.
