Job Description Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager(SPM) manages the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome and administers the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. This position may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring onsite staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills and have strong communication and client service skills. Assists with developing new business opportunities and maintains existing client relationships. Required to communicate with subcontractors representing COLAS values while maintaining project budget and timeframe.
